AITS is a system with workflow engine integrated with artificial intelligence of English and Chinese transcription engines as an on-premise solution with user interface and workflows. It is fully customized according to the customer requirement to transcribe 100% meeting dialogue into meeting minutes in real time. All voice and text data is encrypted on the fly and on the rest.
A typical workflow could be a secretariat setting up group meetings with various department heads to discuss how to improve customer care processes. She sends out MS Outlook (as meeting tools ) invitation to various department heads for the meeting and activates (meeting request) to AITS with specific meeting room information, which automatic register the AITS services request with meeting subject and attendees’ email address and meeting venue. AITS will update all information with Outlook meeting information along the way, e.g., changing time, venue, invited response status, new attendee information. When the meeting starts, AITS will do the transcription process for every natural break/silence/quiet period during the meeting. At the end of the meeting, with Active Directory integration with AITS, all meeting attendees will be notified and allowed to review, comment and edit the respective speaker dialogue transcription. All transcript changes will have an audit trail. The final edited meeting transcription is required to confirmed/consented by all attendees. AITS will indicate how many attendees have accepted the transcription or not yet. All changes and responses are recorded for audit trail.
Our principal consultant, Kelvin Ma had implemented Virtual Studio for launching Channel News Asia, the design was awarded Best Efficient Engineering Design by Commonwealth Broadcaster Association (UK). He was also System Architect of Mediacorp New Campus AV the first full cross-platform (TV, Radio, Newspaper and Web) IP based AV production system in Singapore. The design was the finalist for the IBC 2019 technology award. Additionally, he was trained and implemented various Business Process Re-engineering to increase operation efficiency and reduce human process delays.
